Pain Relief & Rehabilitation
Our Pain Relief & Rehabilitation classes focus on helping you regain comfort, strength, and confidence in your body. Through gentle, targeted exercises for the lower back, hips, knees, neck, and shoulders, these sessions support recovery, reduce chronic discomfort, and improve mobility. Back to Balance and Knee & Hip Friendly Fitness help restore stability and function, while Pain-Free Living teaches practical techniques to manage daily discomfort. Strength & Bone Health
Our Strength & Bone Health classes are designed to help you build lasting power, improve bone density, and stay active at any age. From Ageless Strength resistance training to Stronger Bones, Better Life osteoporosis-friendly workouts, each session focuses on safe, effective movements that enhance muscle strength and support overall skeletal health. Using resistance bands or bodyweight exercises, these classes help you maintain mobility, prevent injury, and feel stronger and more confident in your daily life.
Functional & Special Programs
Our Functional & Special Programs are designed to help you move smarter, stronger, and with greater confidence in daily life. From improving posture and alignment in Better Posture, Better Life, to building practical strength through Functional Fitness, each session focuses on exercises that make everyday tasks easier and safer. Stronger Hands, Safer Grip enhances hand and wrist wellness, while our Specialized Exercise for Parkinson program provides tailored support to maintain mobility and independence. These classes combine expert guidance with functional movements to empower you in all aspects of life.
