Hi, I’m Dr. Kamran Shadanfar. I’m a certified trainer here in Canada with a PhD in Sport Sciences, and I’ve spent over 22 years helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives.
My journey started as a physiotherapist in my home country, working with athletes—from national teams to Super League players—and later expanded to everyday clients dealing with pain, injuries, or movement challenges. Along the way, I realized how powerful the right training and fitness habits can be in preventing injuries and improving overall well-being.
I’m passionate about helping my clients build strength, flexibility, and confidence in their bodies. Whether it’s gaining muscle, losing weight, toning your core, improving posture, or recovering from surgery or injury, I guide people with clear, effective, and safe training programs that fit their individual needs.
